    The primary responsibility of this role is marketing-related reporting, analytics, finances, process, technology, and development.

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the forecast and development of the operating budget for the department
    • Process department expenses, maintain marketing budget, and build relationship with finance partners
    • Lead weekly or bi-weekly expense tracking meetings with key marketing team members
    • Conduct research to identify alternative solutions and vendors to meet business needs
    • Assist in the development of professional development and training plans by functional marketing team
    • Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to the development of standardized processes
    • Contribute to the implementation, management, and facilitation of project management tools and workflows
    • Maintain an understanding of the technology stack, create instructional documentation and coordinate training with team members
    • Develop, run, and manipulate reports in various systems for use in marketing efforts
    • Maintain business intelligence dashboards, data connections and manual data queries
    • Contribute to the definition of KPIs and creation of dashboards to measure all aspects of marketing: business planning, campaign effectiveness, lead distribution and aging, pipeline contributor, ROI, and overall performance
    • Contribute in efforts to cleanse data repositories, rectify inconsistencies, and supplement information in alignment with best practices and relevant corporate data initiatives
    • Collaborate with other team members to build out campaigns in marketing automation platform to enable marketing efforts
    • Contribute to the optimization and standardization of marketing automation activities
    • Support the maintenance and renewal of digital platforms that support the company’s business objectives (website, landing pages, etc.)
    • Contribute in the monitoring, review, and maintenance of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) web efforts to increase visibility and ranking

    Qualifications

    Academic and professional qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree

     

    Experience:

    • 2-4 years
    • Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, operations, project management, or data
    • Knowledge of basic accounting and budget practices.
    • Knowledge of web marketing best practices (SEO, SEM, UX, and UI).
    • CRM (Salesforce) and CMS (Sitecore) knowledge preferred.
    • Experience with marketing automation required.

     

    Travel requirements:

    • Minimal (up to 10%, primarily to company offices)

     

    Working arrangements:

    • Remote
    • Primarily works in home office or at agency or corporate location, depending on worker’s location, with responsibility. Regular virtual and in-person working sessions with marketing and sales team. Frequent online collaboration.
