    Primary responsibilities of position: The CIS LMS Administrator will be responsible for managing the Learning Management System to support the rollout of training to the Health System’s clinical staff, , as well performing general administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the office and ongoing class schedule.


    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Create/populate spreadsheets to load courses, sessions, facilities, etc. into the LMS
    • Register staff into courses, train new trainers and Help Desk staff, as needed, on LMS functionality
    • Create, run and distribute reports to end users using the LMS reporting function
    • Upload web-based training courses and test/validate they are functioning properly
    • Act as point of contact with LMS vendor/help desk to escalate issues
    • Respond to LMS related calls from the client, Help Desk and/or colleagues
    • General Administrative Tasks:
      • Manage training rooms – manage reservation requests, maintain training equipment / technology
      • Manage supplies, printing requirements and general office support for the team
    • Contribute to the build and maintenance of the training database.
    • Facilitate classes as needed


    Academic and Professional Qualifications:

    •  BA or BS degree preferred or other relevant combination of training and experience.



    •  Up to 2 years entry level to moderate experience in providing support and maintenance in assigned product preferred

    Specific experience / skills required:

    • Strong client service and communication skills with the ability to interact with clients at all levels
    • Microsoft Office experience  - especially Excel
    • Ability to troubleshoot
    • Great attention to detail
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Team player
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Reliable transportation required as job may entail travel to various sites


    Travel Requirements:

    •  May require local travel
    •  May require other travel for business needs


    Working Arrangements:

    • May require after hours on call support
    • Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
