    The Practice Solution Account Manager role is a high volume, client facing role where you will have complete customer ownership.  You are driven to establish, maintain, and grow relationships with your portfolio of accounts through active engagement, personable interactions and efficient service delivery.  You will be hosting product optimization workshops (webinars) and personalized interactions with your clients for our EHR and PM solutions. You will manage and facilitate interactions from post implementation and build relationships to orchestrate effective sales and delivery of value-added solutions. As Practice Fusion continues to innovate, you will play a key role in leveraging your deep understanding of our product, partner channels and customers to help define and implement new ways to grow and retain our customers. You will be working closely with other internal teams and will require excellent cross-organization collaboration.



    • Drive customer interaction with our base users post sales to help drive adoption and utilization of our revenue driving features (eRx, labs, imaging, and 3rd party partners)
    • Retain strategic practices post implementation and produce long term loyal customers
    • Understand client needs and objectives to uncover upsell and renewal opportunities
    • Work with cross-functional departments to develop customer programs, materials, processes and best practices to ensure successful implementation of revenue driving features and ongoing customer adoption of Practice Fusion’s products
    • Host business workshops (webinars) with our base users to drive utilization of revenue features at scale
    • Drive a high volume of calls each day to understand client needs and objectives to uncover upsell opportunities
    • Build strong domain expertise within the product and industry
    • Troubleshoot internal, cross-organizational issues while serving as an advocate for your customers
    • Develop and evolve sales strategy, positioning and objection management based on performance, experience of your team and direct feedback from your manager
    • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly performance goals and objective


    Academic and Professional Qualifications: 

    • 4-year degree; MBA or Master’s degree a plus
    • SalesForce CRM experience preferred
    • Background in healthcare preferred


    • 2+ years of account/relationship management technology sales experience; experience with a SaaS company a plus
    • Proven high performer in managing and growing business.
    • Strong rapport and relationship building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
    • Excellent oral and written communication and client management skills
    • Proven track record of success in sales over a sustained period
    • Strategic and creative thinking ability to design solutions and quickly solve problems
    • Ability to work collaboratively on a cross-functional team
