    Responsibilities

    As Manager of our tight-knit inside sales team, you will guide the Account Executives through the upfront sales cycle and challenge them to exceed monthly and quarterly team performance and growth goals. This is your opportunity to build a productive, high energy, and achievement-oriented sales team culture in a fast-paced environment. You must be prepared to live and breathe our mission everyday as you lead the efforts to strategically help shape our current and future sales strategies. This management position provides a platform to work with a team that is incredibly hard working, competitive, and customer focused.

     

    • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand sales channels 
    • Partner with Sales Operations and cross functional teams to streamline sales process
    • Ongoing analysis of market/industry/channel/competitor trends 
    • Present accurate and timely sales forecasts to senior management
    • Onboard, train, and manage a team of Account Executives to exceed their monthly, quarterly, and annualized sales targets
    • Motivate individuals to exceed objectives through 1:1 coaching, KPIs and creative incentives
    • Prepare Account Executives for career growth within the Practice Fusion/Allscripts organization
    • Partner with multiple departments within Practice Fusion, including Marketing, Account Management, Customer Service, Technology, Product, and Design

    Qualifications

    Academic and Professional Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent training in business or sales management

     

    Experience:

    • 2-4+ inside sales team management (SaaS experience preferred)
      Calm under pressure, thrives and excels in a high-volume, continuously changing, fast paced environment
    • Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
    • Analytical mindset who seeks out solutions and defends decisions with data; is very comfortable with financial business cases, ROI calculations, and data analysis
    • Experience building and scaling sales teams
    • Open to feedback, strong communication, detail-oriented and a problem solver
    • Superior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills when interfacing with, employees, executives and partners across multiple verticals
    • Understand of Healthcare or IT Industry
    • Experience with CRMs, specifically Salesforce

    • Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
