    The primary purpose of this role is to increase the adoption and utilization of Allscripts products and solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepares financial and operational information and makes recommendations for improvement
    • Responsible for the attainment of services utilization and communication of billability metrics and the services COGs (Cost of Goods Sold) budget.
    • Communicates effectively and proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure information is received logically, consistently and in context.
    • Acts as liaison between services staff and other internal and external organizations to resolve project set up, billing, commission, revenue recognition and other related issues in order to ensure compliance
    • Contributes to the ongoing need to continuous process improvement of the organization.
    • Obtains necessary data required to complete analysis in support of key initiatives.
    • Develops and maintains business models for services capacity, scheduling and forecasting revenue, to ensure accurate financial forecasting.
    • Drive product utilization and maintain internal and external relationships to ensure value is recognized for the services delivered
    •  Must be good at managing projects on a detailed level
    • Should have an analytical mind that can allow you to look at and interpret data to get the information most relevant for their own needs on a day to day initiative basis
    • Should also be able to take a step back and present the data in a way that would be relevant to leadership
    • A critical component of your responsibilities will be managing relationships with our partners who will be large insurance companies.
    • Will need to be comfortable speaking and presenting to executives.
    • Will need to be comfortable in negotiations with these executives, which would mean applying pressure and standing ground where needed.

    Qualifications

    Academic and professional qualifications:

    • Successful completion of Bachelor’s degree or relevant business
    • Information technology experience preferred

     

    Experience:

    • Minimum 1-3 years’ relevant project management and/or management experience, plus at least 3 years’ relevant business experience
    • Demonstrable project management skills, including influencing, communications and tracking skills, and planning and organization
    • Experienced with MS Office Suite (MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, Visio)
    • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools & techniques
    • Strong ability to collaborate with individual contributors to define business process issues, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions, and measure delivery results
    • Will be tasked with maintaining and increasing utilization for emerging markets products
    • Will be managing relationships with partners and clients, both internally and externally
    • Must be self-driven, have strong analytical skills, and can bring a strategic focus to the role
    • Must also be proactive in gathering and interpreting data to drive decisions and strategies that will ultimately drive increased utilization of the product.

     

    Travel Requirements:

    • Ability to travel occasionally as warranted by project work; frequency will vary depending on project requirements

     

    Working Arrangements:

    • Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
