    The primary purpose of this role is to support either (1) signed ADP Integrators with high volume activations and/or high dollar usage based fees or (2) signed Allscripts Developer Program (ADP) Partners and maintaining content and updates to the Allscripts Application Store and other external and internal sites managed by the ADP team.

    Responsibilities

    Signed ADP Integrator relationships (if applicable)

     

     

    • Responsible for communication with and support of signed ADP Integrators throughout relationship life cycle.
    • Deliver advice, guidance and recommendations based upon mutually identified initiatives
    • Identify, analyze and document requirements to ensure compatibility
    • Provide Integrator consultancy throughout development/testing phase; working with Services team on implementation for clients, managing resolution of support issues and general communication with assigned Integrators to answer any questions.
    • Responsible for maintaining high level of integrator satisfaction.
    • Recruiting for new ADP Integrators to include responsibility for event support and communication with companies who want to sign up for the ADP Integrator tier.
    • Reporting and Analytics for ADP programs and Integrators to include numbers and information including, but not limited to, newly signed ADP Integrators, Integrators in testing/certification and with production ready solutions, information about Clients using Integrator applications
    • Responsible for communication with services, sales and support regarding issues involving Clients installing or using Integrator solutions.
    • Responsible for reporting trends (positive and negative) within the Integrator category.

    Signed ADP Partner relationships (if applicable)

     

    • Responsible for communication with and support of signed ADP Partners throughout relationship life cycle.
    • Deliver advice, guidance and recommendations based upon mutually identified initiatives
    • Identify, analyze and document requirements to ensure compatibility
    • Provide Partner consultancy throughout development/testing phase; working with Services team on integration quotes, managing resolution of support issues, assisting with review of marketing materials and
    • Understanding of relationship scope to identify risks and impacts
    • Responsible for maintaining high level of Partner satisfaction.
    • Reporting and Analytics for ADP programs and Partners to include numbers and information including, but not limited to, newly signed ADP Partners, Partners in testing/certification and with production ready solutions, information about Clients using Partner applications
    • Responsible for communication with services, sales and support regarding issues involving Clients installing or using Partner solutions.
    • Responsible for reporting trends (positive and negative) within the Partner category.
    • General communication with assigned partners to answer any questions.

    Managing Content, Updates and Upgrades for Partners (if applicable)

     

    • Ensure appropriate content is available both internally and externally via a variety of sites including: Allscripts Application Store, Partner information on Allscripts.com, ClientConnect, and ADP Sharepoint site.
    • Responsible for developing and executing plan to drive revenue for partners promoted on the Allscripts Application Store.
    • Responsible for identifying appropriate case studies that showcase Partner success, nominating and supporting Partners with App of the Month campaigns and assisting Partners with weak marketing by recommending supporting materials to enhance their value proposition.

    Qualifications

    Academic and professional qualifications:

    • BS Degree in Business, Health Information Management, or similar

    Experience:

    • 2-4 years’ experience managing partner/vendor relationships in the HIT space
    • Experience working for an HIT company in business development
    • Experience managing the development, testing, implementation and support of third party solutions
    • Exposure to Project Management tools a plus

    Travel Requirements:

    • Limited – travel to industry events and conferences 3-5 times per year

    Working Arrangements:

    • Regular 40 hour workweek
    • Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
