    Responsibilities

    As an Implemenation Specialist for Practice Fusion, you will help medical professionals make a disruptive transition to cloud-based medical records. By training doctors and practices on our platform, you will directly impact our revenue streams and mission to help doctor’s focus on the health of patients with better technology. You will work with a fun, hard-working team with quarterly events, monthly spiffs, and top representative dinner celebrations.

     

    What You Will Accomplish

    • Manage a high-volume of practices through the implementation process to ensure the successful adoption of Practice Fusion
    • Maintain a high volume of email and calls to drive urgency, engagement and utilization
    • Become a product expert on Practice Fusion products, services and partner offerings
    • Deliver effective daily webinars and one-on-one trainings with customers to drive the adoption and utilization of the platform
    • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly performance goals
    • Listen to practices’ voices and use insights to help drive change, new features and overall future success

    Qualifications

    Academic and Professional Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree desired or equivalent experience 

    Experience:

    • 1-2 years in customer service and sales role
    • Strong track record of exceeding goals in fast-paced environment
    • Technically savvy, friendly and customer-driven

    • San Francisco office based
