    The primary purpose of this role is to meet or exceed order intake quota for assigned territory or region.


    • Meet and exceed monthly activity and opportunity quotas.
    • Generate opportunities via high volume outbound calls and customized email campaigns to targeted prospects
    • Contact, qualify, and document warm leads to set up demo appointments for the Account Executives.
    • Convert prospects into interested customers by articulating Practice Fusion’s value proposition and competitive advantage.
    • Demonstrate clear understanding of Practice Fusion’s sales-implementation processes.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Practice Fusion’s competitive positioning in the marketplace.
    • Provide a delightful first experience for each potential new Practice Fusion customer.
    • Implement creative ways to reach customers via phone and email.
    • Operate in a team selling environment where tight integration with multiple internal customers and other stakeholders is critical.
    • Challenger Sale / hunter mentality.


    Academic and Professional Qualifications:

    • BA/BS or equivalent preferred
    • 0-1 years outbound sales or call center experience in a metrics driven role
    • CRM experience preferred




    • Motivated, driven, committed, with an excellent work ethic and a strong desire to succeed
    • Assertive, resilient and persuasive
    • Ability to garner support from internal experts and external partners to position against competition
    • Coachable, interested in implementing feedback, and dedicated to consistent improvement of your craft
    • Adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet
    • Hustle and determination
    • Competitive and focused on achieving goals with strong objection management and sales techniques
    • Discipline to maintain high outbound call volumes
    • Team-player with desire to grow professionally into an Account Executive role
    • Superb written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate Practice Fusion’s value prop via the phone.
