    Our dynamic Education team delivers a phenomenal educational experience for our customers and employees. You will become a product expert of the #1 cloud-based EHR. You will handle the end-to-end process of producing and publishing written tutorials and training videos for our customers, including writing scripts, creating storyboards, recording audio and editing content. You will also develop training resources for internal teams in preparation for all product releases.

    • Create and maintain written, video, and in-product tutorials to proactively address questions and increase utilization of revenue-driving features
    • Assist with hosting customer-facing webinars for high-impact feature releases
    • Develop and deliver internal training content, curriculum and evaluations
    • Stay abreast of all platform enhancements for effective and accurate inclusion in all educational assets
    • Leverage technology where appropriate to support your processes, organization and educational assets
    • As appropriate, advocate on behalf of the customer or employee for product or system enhancements related to internal and external education
    • Develop and maintain working relationships with Customer Success, Product Management, Legal and Design leadership to ensure educational programs are aligned with business needs
    • Work with Marketing and Business Operations teams to promote educational programs

    • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from various background


    Academic and Professional Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Bonus if experience in: Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, WalkMe, Litmos LMS, Wordpress, Wistia, Salesforce
