    To define, develop and deliver marketing programs and associated marketing activities including product messaging,  positioning, driving market awareness, and increasing sales opportunities.

    • Develop and be responsible for the execution of a revenue-generating marketing plan, including sales support and a Practice Fusion playbook Utilizing a thorough understanding of marketing principles and practices, including a demonstrated ability to develop a strategic plan, manage  and interpret market research and demonstrate an understanding of the healthcare technology regulatory and compliance environment.
    • Evaluate market trends d to provide evidence based recommendations to management and develop promotional campaigns including demand creation and building brand equity.
    • Plan, create and execute marketing initiatives to drive awareness, improve customer satisfaction and increase product and partner sales.
    • Collaborate with key Practice Fusion stakeholder and resources to produce relevant content for target market segments and partners such as web-pages, blogs, banners, customer testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
    • Develop sales enablement tools including competitive assessments  messaging ,  FAQs, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing and sales support programs.
    • Demand generation including lead generation, online marketing and lead funnel optimization.
    • Channel management including social media and website.


    Academic and Professional Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required, Master's degree preferred
    • 4+ years of healthcare technology work experience including marketing related responsibilities at a SaaS company



    • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment, readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
    • Strong communications skills -- both verbal and written, including experience writing copy for marketing campaigns and sales collateral.
    • Excellent planning and project management skills with the ability to look ahead to meet regular deadlines
    • Flexible team player, willing to contribute to projects and work independently
    • Must be resourceful and have initiative to resolve problems
    • Extremely comfortable with data and data analysis that includes a proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to inform and influence decision-making
    • Passion for rapidly designing and building campaigns, then testing their success
    • Demonstrated success in developing and delivering effective product launch and brand positioning plans using a full range of marketing disciplines, including but not limited to digital marketing, social media, interactive media, video, advertising, direct marketing, sales training and support, and collateral creation
    • Strong analytical skills and business judgment, with the ability to discern market requirements from market preferences
