    As an integral member of our tight-knit People Operations team, you will create a healthy, safe, collaborative and friendly office environment that aligns with our values and mission. Be prepared for culture and people brainstorming sessions, and getting exposure to other parts of the People Ops function (HR, facilities, etc.).

    • Front office reception includes: warmly welcoming candidates, visitors, partners and vendors
    • Go-to point of contact between IT, HR, Facilities, and other employees
    • Ensure the workplace is a clean and beautiful space to be proud of, including conference rooms, kitchens, front desk, and other public work spaces
    • Manage and coordinate frequent on-site meetings and events, ie business meetings, office events and other related activities
    • Oversee office supplies, catering and snacks, facilities budget and invoices
    • Build and manage trusting, exceptional relationships with vendors and building office management
    • Be Practice Fusion employees’ advocate: listen to feedback and follow-through on workplace initiatives




    • Previous facilities and office management experience
    • Previous experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating vendor contracts
    • Able to monitor physical entry to suite during open office hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - collaborating with individual contributors, managers and executives
    • Reliable, solution-driven and can work under pressure

    Academic and Professional Qualifications:

    • 2-4 year degree preferred
    • Ability to lift 25 lbs

    • Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
