he Allscripts Managed Service Group provides strategic services to help healthcare organizations maximize outcomes
while accelerating speed to value from IT initiatives. The Managed Services Group leverages its significant domain
expertise of financial, clinical, and technical processes to assume operational responsibility for key IT projects and
services, increasing return on investment and greatly reducing risk.
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for providing staffing services for the Allscripts’ Managed Service
The objective of this position will be to support
the Allscripts’ Talent Initiative by attracting and identify high quality professionals in the Healthcare IT arena.
In addition, this individual will perform sourcing and full lifecycle recruiting, while developing and maintaining excellent
relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.
A wide degree of creativity, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding, and personal organization is required.
Builds and maintains relationships with Hiring Leaders to develop a thorough understanding of their departments culture and uses
that information to determine hiring requirements and build an effective recruitment strategy.
-Creates relationships with candidates to facilitate process to manage them through the recruiting and selection process
while providing complete, accurate, and engaging information to candidates about the company and positions.
-Identified as a subject-matter expert by staying informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques as well as creating
new ones in order to be competitive in State-of-the-Art recruiting practices.
-Develop and maintain a network of contacts, online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to help identify and source
-Participates in the developing innovative ways to increase quality of hire while reducing cost and time to hire.
-Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate.
-Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Interviews/prescreens candidates and as necessary candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers,
including behavioral-based interviewing methodologies as applicable.
-Organizes, leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and with interview teams and candidates.
-Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and
other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
-May analyze and interpret employment data and reports for human resources or business leaders and create reports as requested.
-Works cooperatively with all members of the staffing team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
Proven ability to provide exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting.
Knowledge and use of an applicant tracking system required.
Ability to present new recruiting concepts to executive leadership and technical communities.
Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases.
An expert level of sourcing candidates and demonstrated knowledge of technical skills, technical job market, recruiting techniques, employment policies and procedures, including all applicable EEO and ADA regulations.
Must be able to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
