The primary purpose of this role is to support the efficient and effective running of the functional Operations (within designated region). 

Responsibilities

  • Support the regional operations function
    • Maintenance of the corporate systems providing ad hoc support service to regional management and team
    • Maintain accurate production of MI reporting (for example the utilisation, project or product metrics, bad debt, credit notes, expenses, customer satisfaction – netpromotor measures and capacity plans)
    • Maintain Headcount information to support capacity planning
    • Maintain the Organization design chart o Manage the project set up and billing process in applicable systems (time capture review, draft invoices review, Liaison with Finance for project financials review, draft invoice production, review, credit notes, WIP adjustments, WIP monitoring)
    • Control the functional dashboard and procedures for management reporting based on business metrics
  • Maintain and use Quality Standards.
  • Communicate and manage monthly calendar imposing deadlines for completion of monthly reporting inputs, time-sheet entry, billing review and bill production
  • Update and maintain the content of the Allscripts website and share point intranet

Qualifications

Academic and professional qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science/IT or relevant work experience
  • 3.0+ GPA preferred

Experience:

  • Analysis background
  • MS Excel advanced or SQL
  • Approximately 1 years’ experience in an operations or financial administration role preferred
  • Experience in functional use of Clarity and SFDC or equivalent systems preferred 

Travel Requirements:

  • Able and willing to work on shifts or to be on an after-hours rotation

Working Arrangements: 

  • Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards; substantial time is spent working on a computer
