The primary purpose of this role is to provide technical support for assigned projects within the EAI group.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross functional integration projects ; acting as subject matter expert and advocate of the application integration
  • Participate in analysis, data mapping to provide functional specifications to development team 
  • Lead analysis discussions, brainstorming sessions to understand business requirement. 
  • Research solution options, gain knowledge of various clinical and non-clinical systems in enterprise environment 
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple business areas to come to resolution, reconcile conflicts and priorities for operational projects
  • Manage project deliverables and communicate status, readiness plans and priorities to teams and partners
  • Maintain deep awareness of business operations and influence business partners on solutions that benefit the whole company 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, IS for related field.
  • 1-3 years practical experience in providing technical support and maintenance with OPENLink preferred
  • 3 years of analysis, requirement gathering experience on large, complex and/or cross-functional projects in healthcare environment
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
  • Proficient Knowledge of HL7, Clinical EMR applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of databases and tools i.e. SQL Server, web services, XML , CCD 
  • Ability to travel locally to other sites for business needs

 

Working Arrangements:

  • May require after hours on call support
  • Work is performed in a standard office environment with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards
